This past Sunday, I had a lovely time at the Love Yourself Event, courtesy of The Spirit Tree- Bristol Crew. There was a fabulous atmosphere at the hall in St. George. There were arts & crafts, artists, face-painters, healers, readers and other very talented people too.

I was very pleased to be doing Ka Ba Sum treatments during the afternoon. Thanks to all that came along on the day as well as congratulations to Cristina, who won either a free Reiki & Seichem or half-price Ka BA Sum treatment in the raffle.
