I have mentioned elsewhere the five elements of the soul that the mainstream view held as the Egyptian soul prophecy. There are many aspects, in fact held in the divine knowledge of the Egyptians and by Atlanteans. The nine that are invoked through the Ka Ba Sum journey are as follows:

KHAT The Physical Body. The third dimensional body, present in the physical realm. This is the most basic level, but one ungrounded people sometimes neglect or forget to use. That is part of being human, after all. Linked with Heru, aka Horus champion of Earth and earthlings.

KA Life force i.e prana/chi. Can be referred to as the aura, but reflects a larger aspect than that. The Ka energy was seen as manifesting as another body with its own chakra system This is the conduit between integration of Ba and other energies into the Khat. Linked with Osiris.

BA Astral Soul Body. Seen by Native Americans as part of the soul that can leave, hence soul retrieval. The Ba is always somewhere near you, as it is with all living things. When it seems far away or you can’t connect- that is where Ba restoration is useful. It allows you to see and/or feel it. Linked with Is’et aka Isis.

AB The Heart. What and whom do you love? The energy of love through not just the physical heart but from within, from the soul. The Ab represents a lens of pure love that is deeper than that of the physical or mental planes. Linked with Hathor

REN The Name. The vibration of spoken word and your own name. Ren carries meaning and intent into your work. Own your true name (not necessarily your birth name) and speak your truth to raise you vibration on this aspect.

SHEWT The Shadow. Within each person lies their shadow, through the aura and kosmic body. The shadow is a key aspect to work with for healing and growth. Embracing the shadow can be dark and messy but also is very rewarding. Linked with Anpu (aka Anubis)

SA-KA-RA (also SEKHEM) The Power. Sa-Ka-Ra is a powerful aspect of the soul. Governs drive and determination. Remember that with your great power comes great responsibility and duty under the universal laws (Ma’at) Linked with Sekhmet.

SAH(U) Spiritual or Causal Soul Body. Sah(u) is the third body and heavenly link to the known and unknown elements of the greater universe. Linked with Sobek.

AKH(U) The Shining ‘one’ or Divine Spirit. This is often seen as an elevated status as we are not always acting from divine space. This is the energy of truly embracing the divinity of not just ourselves but humanity and all things. Linked with Ra.
